specializes in Springdale
real estate and I know the local real estate market and zoning
ordinances. I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1986 and have an Associate
Broker License. Out of 1000 real estate agents working in Washington
County
only 78 agents hold an Associated Broker License and I also have a GRI
designation. An Associated Broker
License and
GRI (Graduate of Real
Estate Institute), designations require more years of
working as a REALTOR®, more education, training and testing that shows my
commitment to increase my real estate skills for your benefit.
I'm a member of the Washington
County Board of Realtors, National Realtors Association and Utah Association of
Realtors. I'm also a member of the Wasatch Front
Regional MLS in Salt Lake
City
and that allows my listings to be listed in the Salt Lake City
market that
gives my listings much more exposure.
I love to volunteer and work on community
projects. My latest project is to preserve a special place called Grafton for
the benefit of the public. Grafton
is located 5 miles west of Springdale.
In 1999, local communities leaders asked me to advise them and coordinate a 1.1
million dollar land purchase of 150 acres in and around Grafton that's an
important local historic site. In 2000, I became the president of the Grafton
Heritage Partnership a non-profit group that manages the site. Here is our web
